ProGuard was recommended by a friend. I had a leak on my rear glass. Of course it also had rear heat sensors in it. The techs advised me the glass was not put in previously correctly and would like me to come back the next day. They were going to make sure there was a replacement glass just in case it broke upon removal. The next day I came back. I was then told the previous installer had soidered my rear heat sensors to the glass. Looked like it wasn't going to get fixed. HOWEVER...after a few minutes I was advised the tech used a heat gun to loosen the soider so the glass could be removed.  The tech was great. My rear glass was resealed with hopefully no more water leaks.  Michael (front office) was great. He kept me appraised every step of the way. I have to say for my first time here...It truly was a great experience!!!!  Thanks to the tech guy for fast thinking and the great customer service!!!!!  I would recommend this place.
